Depending on where you are coming from, the flight times may not fit into our itinerary. You may find it simpler to stay the night before or after at Quamby Homestead, our beautifully restored luxury lodge just 20mins from Launceston.

All participants in the Bay of Fires Lodge photography workshop can take advantage of our special offer - 40% saving on the nightly rate - for the night before or after the workshop. Just ask for details when you make your booking.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Pricing: All prices are quoted per person in AUD including GST, on a seasonal basis.

Single supplement: To guarantee single occupancy a 50% surcharge applies. Please request at time of booking.

Children: The workshop is recommended only for children of 12 years and over. No child discount applies.

Payment: Bookings made more than 60 days prior to departure are required to pay a AUD$350 deposit per person to secure the booking

• Bookings made 60 days or less prior to departure are required to make full payment to secure the booking
• Payment may be made by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (a credit card surcharge of 2% applies). 

Cancellations: Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• Bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to departure will be charged a fee of AUD$200 per person.
• Bookings cancelled from 60 to 21 days prior to departure will charged a fee of AUD$350 per person
• Bookings cancelled inside 21 days prior to departure will be charged the full value of the booking. No refund will apply.
